Best of the Trip: Visiting Potala Palace, 2 days guided sightseeing to explore main attraction of around and trekking to Ganden-Samye valley in nomad land of Tibet
Day 01: Drive from Kathmandu to Kerung boarder (5-6 hrs) after immigration formalities in immigration and drive to the Kerung (2700m) and O/N at guest house.
Day 02: Drive from Kerung to Lhatse, and O/N at guest house.
Day 03: Drive from Lhatse to Shigatse 3900m and O/N at hotel, enjoy magnificent views along the journey.
Day 04: Morning visit Tashilhunpo Monastery. Afternoon drive to Gyantse-3950m, visit Kumbum Monastery and O/N at Hotel
Day 05: Drive from Gyantse to Lhasa-3650m pass by the modern glacier and Yamdrok Lake, reach Lhasa and overnight at Hotel
Day 06-07: Sightseeing tours in Lhasa (Potala palace, Sera Monastery, Jokhang temple and Bakhor street, Drepung Monastery)
Day 08: Drive to Ganden, visit the monastery and start trekking, overnight at tented camp
Day 09-11: Trekking days you will be crossing 2 passes over 5000m of elevation and exploring remotes of Tibet including amazing views and overnight at tented camp.
Day 12: Trek ends at Samye, visit existing Nyingmapa sect of Buddhism red capped group one and overnight camp.
Day 13: Drive to Yarlung Tsangpo River, cross the river by a ferry and drive to Tsedang and overnight at hotel
Day 14: Transfer to the Gongkar airport and fly back to Kathmandu, transfer to hotel.
