2) Get trip solution & cost details within 24 hours
After receiving your email or inquiry we will reply you with trip information and cost details within 24 hours (if we get your email in office time we do replay within an hour.).
3) Free trip customization/optimization
We help you to make your perfect holiday trip, so we are flexible to customize trip itinerary, optimize the departure date and standard of service as per your budget, time and interest.
4) Advance Payment
To confirm your booking, we kindly request an advance payment of 20% to 40% of the total amount. You may choose to pay via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or UnionPay), wire transfer (bank-to-bank), or online payment gateways such as Wise or Revolut. If you are nearby, you are also welcome to make the payment in cash at our office. Once the transaction is completed, we will issue you an official receipt, and your booking will be fully secured.
5) Final payment & start your holiday
After arrival in Nepal, Bhutan, Tibet or India, our representative meets you in the airport or train station and transfer to hotel. Before your trip start you have to pay remaining amount and then your holiday will starts. Before start your journey, our tour officer describe you about the trip and places you are going to visit.
