Day 8: Lhasa-Shigatse, 280 km, about 5-6 hours’ drive
Day 9: Shigatse –Saga, 440 km, about 7-9 hours
Day 10: Saga-Lake Manasarovar (4750M), about 500km, 10-11hrs
Day 11: Manasarovar-Darchen (36km), start trekking to Dira-puk
Day 12: Dira-puk via Drolma La Pass to Zutul Puk
Day 13: Zutul Puk to Darchen
Day 14: Darchen to Lake Manasarovar, rest day
Day 15: Manasarovar-Saga (530km, 10-11 hours)
Day 16: Saga-EBC, 300 km, about 7-8 hours
Day 17: EBC-Shigatse-Gyantse, 430 km, about 8-9 hour
Day 18: Gyantse-Lhasa, 260 km, about 5-6 hours
Day 19: Final Departure, transfer to airport or train station
Best Time to Visit: May to September is the ideal time due to milder weather and clearer trails.
Visa and Permits: Obtain the necessary visas for China (if you are travelling from mainland China) or Tibet Grpup Visa (Himalayan Mentor help you to obatin Tibet Group visa if you are travelling to Tibet through Nepal), along with permits required for visiting restricted areas.
