Day 01: Arrival in New Delhi, India
Upon arrival meets our representative at airport and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day free for relax.
Day 02: Delhi Sightseeing
The driver will pick you up from your hotel and drive to the tour destinations. Meet your private tour guide and begin your sightseeing tour of Delhi. Enjoy visit to Jama Mosque, Raj Ghat where Mahatama Gandhi was cremated. Next, Visit Qutub Minar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site which is the great example of Afghan Architecture constructed with marble and red sandstone. Then visit another UNESCO site Humayuns Tomb and visit India Gate, memorial built in the year 1931 to commemorate the Indian soldiers to end the day trip.
Day 03: Drive from Delhi to Agra and sightseeing
After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Agra and transfer to the hotel. Once you've settled in at your hotel, enjoy lunch and then meet your private tour guide. Start you’re sightseeing with a visit to the Agra Fort, which was built by Emperor Akbar in 1565, is a massive red sandstone fort on the bank of Yamuna River duing Mughal Empire. Then, visit Itmad-ud-Daulah, a tomb that has a special place in the chronicles of both histories as well as architecture. Itmad-ud-Daulah is actually a mausoleum that overlooks the Yamuna River. Admire the very first tomb in India that was made entirely out of Marble. At the end of the day, visit Mehtab Bagh, which is a series of 11 parks on the Yamuna's east bank.
Day 04: Taj Mahal visit & drive to Jaipur
Early in the morning enjoy the sunrise view of marvelous Taj Mahal - A True Symbol of Love. There guide show you around the monument. Take time to admire the majestic and the most beautiful buildings in the world. Return to the hotel and enjoy breakfast, then drive to Jaipur. In Jaipur, enjoy your evening at leisure.
Day 05: Jaipur Sightseeing
After breakfast, meet your private tour guide and start sightseeing of Pink city Jaipur, First you will visit Amber Fort, then continue to the City Palace in the heart of Jaipur is known for its blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. Then drive to the Hawa Mahal or the Palace of Winds which was constructed for the royal ladies to watch the royal processions without being seen. Finally, view the stargazing observatory of Jantar Mantar, built by the renowned astronomer, Maharaja Jai Singh.
Day 06: Jaipur to Varanasi
After breakfast drive to the Jaipur airport and fly to Varanasi. Varanasi is a great place to experience the eastern civilization. Late afternoon you will enjoy the heritage walk along the riverside in Varanasi. Evening you will witness the Ganga Aarti. It’s the famous celebration there for westerners. Hindu priests use lamps which are circled around in a clockwise manner, accompanied by chants or songs in praise of Mother Ganga (River)
Day 07: Varanasi sightseeing and fly to Kathmandu
Early morning go for mesmerizing sunrise boat ride. After breakfast visit Kashi Viswanath Temple, Durga temple, Tulsi Manas temple & Benares Hindu University. Then you will visit Sarnath. The Sarnath Temple is located about 10 kilometers from the city of Varanasi, which was built in 640 Ad by Emperor Ashoka in dedication to Lord Buddha who gave his first sermon called “Dharma Chakra Pravartana” or “Setting In Motion the Wheels of Law” as it is known in Buddhism, to his disciples in the deer park nearby. Late afternoon drive to the Varanasi airport and fly to Kathmandu.
Day 08: Kathmandu sightseeing
Morning in Kathmandu you will explore Kathmandu Durbar Square and Swayambhuanth Stupa. Both places are UNESCO heritage sites; Durbar Square is the site of the Hanuman Dhoka Palace Complex, which was the royal Nepalese residence until the 19th century and where important ceremonies, such as the coronation of the Nepalese monarch, took place. Swayambhunath stupa known as “Monkey Temple” in Kathmandu and is a place of pilgrimage and prayer for followers of both Buddhism and Hinduism.Then drive to the holy temple of Lord Shiva “Pashupatinath Temple” and another Buddhist stupa called Boudhanath stupa. All places are UNESCO heritage sties.
Day 09: Kathmandu Heritage tour & Nagarkot
After breakfast drive to Patan and Bhaktapur Durbar Square, both are medieval towns from 17th centuries. Both palaces offer beautiful art and architectures and amazing history. After the day trip, drive to the hill station called Nagarkot. On clear weather day you can enojoy beautiful Himalayan sights. Evening enjoy the sunset view from Nagarkot.
Day 10: Nagarko to Pokhara
Early morning sunrise view from your hotel. You will enjoy the Himalayan view including Mt. Everest from Nagarkot. After breakfast drive to Changu Narayan temple whichis one of the oldest temple of Nepal . After the visit, drive to the domestic terminal of Kathmandu airport and fly to Pokhara. Pokhara is naturally amazing place to visit as you will enjoy splendid Himalayan view from the town. The waterfall, beautiful lakes are the other attractions of Pokhara. Later afternoon you will enjoy a boat trip to Phewa Lake and visit Barahi temple. Then drive to the World Peace stupa and enjoy the beautiful Himalayan sights and Pokhara city view.
Day 11: Pokhara sightseeing and Chitwan
Early morning drive to Sarangkot to enjoy the sunrise view over the Himalayan panorama. You will witness the Himalayan turn from golden to white during the sunrise. Massif Annapurna range including Mt. Fishtail, Hiunchuli and other Himalayan will be spotted from there. Then drive back to Pokhara and enjoy the breakfast. After breakfast visit Davis fall, Gopteshwor cave and drive to Pokhara airport to fly to Chitwan National Park. In Chitwan, Up on arrival at resort have a welcome drink for refreshment, briefing about afternoon program; have a lunch join for the safari activities – elephant back safari or Jeep safari, village tour and evening Tharu cultural dance show and dinner.
Day 12: Chitwan National Park Safari
Full day guided jungle safari activities- Bird watching tour, Elephant bathing, Jungle walk, Dugout canoe ride, visit elephant breeding center.
Day 13: Chitwan to Kathmandu
After breakfast drive to the Bharatpur airport and fly back to Kathmandu. In Kathmandu you will have free time to shopping to rest for the day.
Day 14: Final Departure
After breakfast drive to the airport for the final departure to conclude the 2 weeks India and Nepal culture tour.
