For trekking you will be accommodated in tent and meals will be served by kitchen staff team.
Transportation in Bhutan Tour
Himalayan Mentor uses best available transportation- SUVs car, Toyota HiAce Van, Bus for guests. The road condition is far better now and SUVs car, Toyota HiAce is very comfortable vehicles to use for small and medium group size. For the remote are where you need to drive in off road, we use Toyota Land Cruiser or possible or latest model of Scorpio cruisers which are very reliable and will make the journey as comfortable as possible. As for the trekking in Bhutan there will be porters or on horseback for carrying luggage and trek equipments.

The Department of Tourism has set minimum tariffs, which are different for the high and low seasons. Individuals and groups of less than four persons must pay a surcharge. Now Bhutan is one of the most expensive travel destinations in South-East area as they made the daily charge for Sustainable Development Fee from US $65 to US $200 (effective from 20th June). Your Health Issue
Himalayan Mentor highly recommend to every trekkers or travelers to consult with doctor and do well check up their personal health condition and be vaccinated to malaria, tetanus, typhoid, hepatitis and polio at least 2 months prior to the beginning of trek, tour or other outdoor activities.
Personal Expenses
Travelers should bring sufficient amount of money for personal expenses which may you need for meals that not included in package, shopping, for other extra activities, tips and gratuities for guide, staffs and drivers etc. Bhutan’s currency is Ngultrum (Nu) and there are no any ATM machines in Bhutan and credit cards are usually not accepted.
