Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu airport Nepal.

Up on arrival meet our office representative at airport and transfer to hotel/ after refreshing complete the official formalities/ briefing about the preparation and rest of the day free for your own leisure.

Day 02: Trek Preparation Day in Kathmandu

This is the day for trek preparation. You may visit cultural sites around Kathmandu valley too, but it's optional!

Day 03: Fly to Lukla (2800m), start trek to Phakding (2610m)

Your Everest Base Camp Trek with Heli return begins with a 35-minute scenic flight to Lukla, where you’ll enjoy breathtaking mountain views. Upon arrival at Tenzing-Hillary Airport, your Sherpa crew will welcome you, and the trek to Phakding will begin. After descending to Kusum River, you’ll follow the Dudh Koshi River to Phakding, where you’ll spend the night at a local teahouse.

Note: During the high season (from mid-March to May and mid-September to November), you will need to travel to Ramechhap between 1:00 AM and 2:00 PM to catch your flight to Lukla. If you prefer not to take this option, you can opt for a helicopter flight from Kathmandu to Lukla for an additional fee.

Day 04: Trek from Phakding (2610m) to Namche Bazaar (3500m)

As you continue from Phakding to Namche, you’ll pass through Sherpa settlements like Bengkar, Monjo, and Jorsale. Despite some uphill and downhill sections, the stunning views of snow-capped peaks, such as Kusum Kanguru and Thamserku, will keep you motivated. The trek includes crossing the Dudh Koshi River, passing through Sagarmatha National Park, and reaching Namche Bazaar with spectacular views of Everest and surrounding peaks.

Day 05: Acclimatization day at Namche Bazaar (3500m)

Namche Bazaar offers your first acclimatization day. This bustling town has plenty of amenities, including ATMs and restaurants. You can visit local viewpoints, the Everest View Hotel, or the Tourist Visitor Center to learn about Everest climbers and Sherpa culture. After some exploration, return to Namche for the night.

Day 06: Trek Namche Bazaar (3500m) to Tengboche (3870m)

After descending to Pungi Thanka, you’ll climb to Tengboche, home to a historic Buddhist monastery with beautiful surroundings. The views of Everest and neighboring mountains from here are exceptional.

Day 07: Trek Tengboche (3850m) to Dingboche (4360m)

As you ascend to Dingboche, the environment transitions to alpine meadows, and you’ll see fewer trees. Dingboche is a scenic village with yaks grazing in the summer and snow-covered in winter.

Day 08: Rest day at Dingboche

Day 10: Trek from Lobuche to Ghorakshep (5140m) & visit Everest Base camp (5364m)

Following the Khumbu Glacier, you’ll reach the base of Everest, where you’ll see brightly colored tents during the climbing season. After taking in the majestic views of Everest and the surrounding mountains, return to Gorakshep for the night.

Day 11: Morning Hiking to Kalapatthar (5545m) & fly back to Kathmandu by Helicopter

After soaking in the views, descend to Gorakshep and board a helicopter to fly back to Kathmandu, enjoying aerial views of the Himalayas, Gokyo Lakes, and other Everest region landmarks.
