Day 01: Arrival in Lhasa (3656 m) Gonggar Airport

Up on arrival at Gonggar Airport meet our Tibet tour official representative, complete the custom and immigration formalities and drive to Lhasa city (3650m). It takes around 45 minutes to reach the main city center. Checking in your hotel, be refresh, rest for acclimatization to get fit with Lhasa’s high altitude.

Day 02: Guided sightseeing tour in Lhasa

Early morning after breakfast brief on the day’s program by your guide and proceed tour to Norbulingka, Sera Monastery, Jokhang temple and the Barkhor Square. Drive to visit the Norbulingka palace which is summer retreat of the Dalai Lama. The palace building construction completed in 1956 and it is elaborately decorated with Tibetan wood carvings and paintings. Then drive to the famous Sera Monastery allows you to get an insight into the important aspects of Tibetan Buddhism. You can observe the monks are taking the part of religious chanting and discourse there. Then head to Jokhang Temple and explore rich Tibetan cultural heritage of this site as well visit city center of Barkhor market and after visiting of the day back to hotel.

Day 03: Guided sightseeing tour in Lhasa
