Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu, Nepal

Up on arrival meet our office representative at airport and transfer to hotel/ after refreshing complete the official formalities/ briefing about the preparation and rest of the day free for your own leisure.

Day 02: Free day for preparation and official briefing

This is a free day for the trip preparation and provide the offical briefing at your hotel. We also collect the permit for Lobuche Peak climbing and check your equipment for the trip.

Accommodation: Hotel Meals: Breakfast Place: Kathmandu Maximum Altitude: 1400m.

Day 03: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,800m) & Trek to Phakding (2,600m, 3–4 hrs)

Take a scenic 35-minute flight to Lukla, one of the world's most thrilling mountain airstrips. After landing, meet your trekking crew and begin your gentle descent through picturesque Sherpa villages and pine forests along the Dudh Koshi River to reach Phakding.

Day 04: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,500m, 5–6 hrs)

Cross several suspension bridges and hike through rhododendron forests. Enter Sagarmatha National Park and begin a steady uphill trek to Namche Bazaar, the bustling Sherpa town and gateway to Everest.

Day 05: Acclimatization Day at Namche Bazaar

Spend the day acclimatizing to the altitude. Hike to the Everest View Hotel (3,880m) for panoramic views of Mt. Everest, Ama Dablam, and Lhotse. Visit the Sherpa Museum or stroll around the vibrant Namche town.

Day 06: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,870m, 5–6 hrs)

The trail descends to the Dudh Koshi River, then climbs through pine and fir forests to the hilltop monastery village of Tengboche. Visit the famous Tengboche Monastery, the spiritual center of the Khumbu region.

Day 07: Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche (4,410m, 5–6 hrs)

Descend to Debuche and cross the Imja Khola, then ascend gradually through Pangboche and into the wide-open alpine valleys leading to Dingboche. This beautiful village sits below Ama Dablam and is surrounded by cultivated fields.

Day 08: Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche (4,940m, 4–5 hrs)

Walk past stone walls and yak pastures before climbing the Thukla Pass (4,830m), where you'll see memorials of fallen climbers. Continue along a rugged trail to the small settlement of Lobuche.

Accommodation: Local Lodge Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Place: Lobuche Maximum Altitude: 4940m.

Day 09: Trek to Gorakshep (5,164m) & Visit Everest Base Camp (5,364m, 6–7 hrs)

Follow the glacial moraine trail to Gorakshep, the last teahouse stop. After lunch, hike to the iconic Everest Base Camp. Enjoy views of the Khumbu Icefall and Everest climbers' tents (in season), then return to Gorakshep for the night.

Day 10: Visit Kalapatthar (5,545m) Early Morning & Trek to Lobuche Base Camp (5,010m, 5–6 hrs)

Climb Kalapatthar before sunrise for breathtaking, close-up views of Everest and surrounding peaks. Then descend back to Gorakshep and continue toward Lobuche Base Camp for your climbing preparation.

Accommodation: Tented Camp Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Place: Lobuche Base Camp Maximum Altitude: 5545m.

Day 11: Trek from Lobuche Base Camp to High Camp (5,510m, 2–3 hrs)

Ascend steep and rocky terrain to Lobuche High Camp. Settle into your tented camp and participate in a final climbing briefing and equipment check with your guide.

Accommodation: Tented Camp Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Place: Lobuche Base Camp Maximum Altitude: 5510m.

Day 12: Summit Lobuche Peak (6,119m) & Return to Base Camp

Start the climb early (around 2–3 AM). Use ropes and crampons to ascend icy slopes and reach the summit ridge. From the top, enjoy unparalleled views of Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Pumori, and more. Descend carefully back to Base Camp.

Day 13: Spare Day for Lobuche Peak Climbing

A contingency day in case of bad weather or additional acclimatization needs.

Day 14: Trek from Lobuche Base Camp to Tengboche (3,870m, 5–6 hrs)

Retrace your steps, descending through alpine meadows and crossing rivers on your way back to Tengboche.

Accommodation: Local Lodge Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Place: Tengboche Maximum Altitude: 3870m.

Day 15: Trek from Tengboche to Monjo (2,835m, 5–6 hrs)

Pass Namche Bazaar again and descend further to Monjo, a quiet village located just outside the national park boundary.

Accommodation: Local Lodge Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Place: Monjo Maximum Altitude: 2835m.

Day 16: Trek from Monjo to Lukla (2,800m, 5–6 hrs)

Complete the final day of trekking with a gradual walk along the Dudh Koshi River back to Lukla. Celebrate your success with the team.

Day 17: Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu & Transfer to Hotel
