The Tilicho Lake – Mesokanto La Trek is one of the wildest and most rewarding adventures in the Annapurna region. After following part of the Annapurna Circuit to Manang, trekkers branch off toward Tilicho Lake, one of the world’s highest and most sacred alpine lakes. From there, instead of retracing steps or taking the Thorong La route, the trail continues westward through barren landscapes to cross the Mesokanto La, a high, remote pass offering dramatic Himalayan panoramas. The descent brings trekkers into the windswept valleys of Mustang, finishing at Jomsom.

Expect a combination of teahouse comfort and camping adventure, with stunning contrasts, lush Marsyangdi valleys, turquoise alpine lakes, glacial passes, and the arid desert of Mustang. Because of its remoteness, proper acclimatization, the right equipment, and expert guidance from Himalayan Mentor are essential to make your dream adventure hiking from Tilicho Lake across Mesokanto Pass to Jomsom, a success. The Tilicho Lake Mesokanto La Pass trek package includes all local transfers, necessary trekking permits, accommodations, a full-board meal plan, and the services of an experienced guide and porter.
